Tammy Valle was brought on just weeks before the Covid-19 Pandemic went into effect, and quickly had to get up to speed with Meruelo Group’s chosen benefits software: PlanSource. I started right before Covid, and being new I had to figure out how to furlough 5,000 employees, and update their insurance. My PlanSource Account Manager stepped up above and beyond to help me do this. It was so much work and I couldn’t have done it alone. She is by far the best account manager I have ever worked with.”
