Let’s Get Digital

The Online OE Experience

Approved for 1 HRCI credit   |   Approved for 1 SHRM PDC
The workplace as we once knew it is permanently altered. HR teams are going to have to prepare for a fully digital open enrollment experience this year – no in-person meetings, no paper and no face-to-face enrollers. Without the ability to provide benefits consultations and education in the format they traditionally relied on, employers need mobile-friendly self-service benefits shopping, communication and enrollment technology to ensure that employees have the information they need to make educated decisions.

Join us for a free HRCI- and SHRM-approved webinar with Justin Peter from 4mybenefits and Tad Dorroh from BKCW in which we’ll discuss how employers can prepare for online open enrollment this year. We’ll go over strategies to ease the transition into a virtual world for organizations of all sizes and discuss creative ideas for connecting with employees. You’ll learn tips and best practices for clear, effective employee communication, which is now central to open enrollment success, and examine the ways in which companies are revisiting their plan design and benefits offerings.

What you will learn:
Get a broker’s perspective on the rapidly evolving digital transformation that’s taking over the employee benefits industry
Hear real-life examples of how their clients are adapting to the virtual workplace and creative strategies that have worked for companies of all sizes
Discuss how the role of employee communications has shifted and how HR teams can adjust accordingly
Discover how some employers are altering their plan designs and what benefits may be prioritized over others this year
