Tad came to the humbling realization of the truth behind lifestyle changes, illness, and disability when he worked with special needs children and their families. As a result, Tad uses that understanding and experience in his career as he manages and services employee benefits at BKCW. Tad works with many Community Action Agencies, Community Service, and other quasi federally- municipally funded entities and understands the uniqueness that these budgets present. Tad has a Business degree from Concordia University, is a Licensed Life and Health Agent and has obtained a Life and Health Counselor License.
