Managing Principal


Scott is the Managing Principal of MillsonJames, which he founded in 2010. Scott consults in the areas of HR technology, HR administration, and benefits management. Scott’s expertise is centered on all things HR technology – payroll, HRIS, benefits administration, applicant tracking, performance management, time/attendance, etc. Over his 30+ year career, he has worked with clients of all sizes and across all industries, most notably Citigroup, Verizon Wireless, The Hartford, Mervyns Department Stores, Gannett, and Alcoa.  Scott has also consulted with many HR service organizations, helping them maximize their effectiveness and market penetration.
