What It’s About
Learning Care Group is the second largest for-profit childcare provider in North America and one of the biggest leaders in early education. With over 20,000 employees at 900+ schools scattered across the country, they’ve gone through acquisitions and periods of massive growth that presented a variety of unique benefits challenges. With an average of 1,000 new hires per month, and a mobile employee population that does not communicate through the usual channels, they needed help giving their employees access to their benefits to improve education, enrollment participation, and engagement.
Join Director of Compensation & Benefits, Jamie Higdon, in a free webinar in which she will tell the Learning Care Group story - why they decided to outsource their benefits, the challenges they were facing that PlanSource was able to help them solve, and their roadmap for the future of their benefits strategy. You’ll see examples of printed OE and benefits materials that Learning Care Group uses for their uniquely mobile population in lieu of communications that would normally take place over email, and how they are using these materials to get employees more engaged with their benefits.
