Brian excels in the development of long-term strategy and has led the implementation of several technology solutions, including a Private Benefits Exchange, benefits administration platform and a virtual benefits communications portal.
Laura Bongiorno
Vice President-Specialty Market Sales, The Hartford
Laura Bongiorno is currently responsible for The Hartford’s national voluntary, accident & health and technology partnership sales as well as industry verticals including; public and education sector and group retiree health. Laura develops robust business plans and growth strategies for each specialty product, technology solution and market. She leads multiple sales teams, who work in collaboration with group benefit offices across the country. Laura is also involved in product design, developing end-to-end service and operational improvements to achieve the optimal customer experience.
Christy Guilbault
Benefits Solutions Senior Manager, Entertainment Partners
At Entertainment Partners, Christy oversees the benefits program for the company’s complex, 15,000-life, multi-state group of employees. She currently manages benefits design, annual carrier negotiations and renewals, open enrollment process, and employee communications and education programs. Christy is passionate about finding new ways to reach employees, educating them about the benefits available to them and how to make the best choices for themselves and their families.
Ryan Jepson
Product Manager-HR Leader Experience, PlanSource
As Product Manager, Ryan Jepson is responsible for defining the product strategy for and leading the development of PlanSource’s core benefits administration platform. In his current role, Ryan focuses on the HR Leader Experience, identifying ways to continually improve the efficiency, productivity, effectiveness and ROI HR teams see from the PlanSource platform.
