Weekly Source Video:
In our recent interview, the tables have turned! Bradley Taylor, Chief Strategy Officer becomes host to our VP of Customer & Partner Development, Neil Mammele. He recently received a promotion into this new role and is excited to lead three of our Go To Market teams – Business Development, Inside Sales and Contract Renewals
Our Business Development team is comprised of newer college grads who are interested in getting into sales and can open doors for PlanSource from a broker standpoint. The Inside Sales team focuses on cross sell and how we can provide more value to existing customers. Finally, Contract Renewals works with our customers during their plan design time and listens to their feedback.
Bradley and Neil work together closely on PlanSource Boost and The Partner Marketplace. Building benefit plans with multiple insurance carriers and point solutions can be stressful to both implement and execute due to complex platform configuration, data exchange and more. The goal of both Boost and The Partner Marketplace is to streamline the relationships between carrier, point solution, ben admin provider and employer via key partnerships to revolutionize the benefits experience.
In his past 5 years at PlanSource, Neil has learned a lot along the way. From starting in Demand Generation on the Marketing team, to a field sales role, to where he is now – Neil explains “I stayed curious and hungry to learn more… keep pushing past that comfort zone and sign up for the difficult projects; then you’ll look back and see how far you’ve actually come.”
Recently on The Source, we caught up with John Coleman, Senior Principal at Mercer.
