The Top 100 Companies list was developed by the Orlando Sentinel and Best Companies Group. To be considered for the Orlando Sentinel Top 100 Companies, organizations must complete a two-part survey process. The second part is an employee survey which measures various aspects of the employee experience. The combined scores determine the top organizations and the final ranking.
