More important than awards, however, is that PlanSource’s focus on employees has resulted in a low turnover and high employee engagement. According to the Bureau of Labor Statistics, the national annual turnover rate in 2014 was 22%. The turnover rate at PlanSource for the period was just 10.6%, less than half the national average. Additionally, PlanSource’s employee engagement score, which measures how committed employees are to company goals and values, and how motivated they are to contribute to organizational success, is 84%, a full 12 percentage points higher than the national average of 72%. High engagement scores have been linked to increased market credibility, improved customer service and help companies attract top prospective employees.

PlanSource offers a variety of benefits and generous paid time off. New employees receive three weeks of vacation in their first year of employment, which increases to four weeks in their second year. During peak work times, the company helps to create balance by providing on-site massages and hosting events and celebrations. Employee growth and development is very important to PlanSource; out of 165 positions filled in the last 12 months, 55 were internal promotions or transfers. Explosive growth in 2015

As of March 2015, year-over-year recurring revenue has increased by 54%. PlanSource has offices in 7 states and more than 300 fulltime employees, up from 250 employees at the end of 2014.
To accommodate this explosive growth, the company will open new offices in the San Francisco Bay area and Minneapolis and is expanding the office footprint of its headquarters in downtown Orlando and its Charleston, SC, and Salt Lake City offices.
