Eclipse Focuses on the Future of Benefits and HR
Leading provider of benefits and HCM technology unveils new consumer user experience, announces product enhancements, services and partnerships

Park City, Utah – July 21, 2016 – PlanSource, a leading provider of cloud-based benefits administration and HCM technology, today kicked off Eclipse 2016, the company’s first annual benefits and HR conference. Hundreds of industry experts, HR, benefits and technology leaders, insurance brokers and carrier representatives convened at The St. Regis Deer Valley to explore the future of the benefits and HR industry.

Going mobile: bringing the benefits experience to any device
In his opening keynote address today, PlanSource CEO Dayne Williams outlined a series of upcoming product enhancements and new services that will equip PlanSource customers and partners to address the challenges and opportunities in the changing HR and benefits landscape. Chief among these was the unveiling of a mobile-responsive consumer user experience. Expected to launch in Q1 2017, the new consumer experience is designed to provide PlanSource end users a friendly and intuitive online benefits shopping and enrollment experience on any device, from smartphones and tablets to laptops.

“Consumers today routinely conduct complex tasks on mobile devices and there is also a growing number of people who depend solely on smartphones to access the Internet,” said Dayne Williams, CEO of PlanSource. “As part of our goal to build a better benefits and HR experience, we are determined to meet consumers wherever they are and on whatever device they have access to.”

Eclipse 2016 taps industry leaders
Ryan Estis, renowned speaker and leading business performance expert, delivered the second keynote of the day in which he examined new opportunities for human resources teams to make a high-impact contribution on their organization.

“This is truly the best time in the last two decades to work in HR and benefits,” said Estis. “There is an excitement in the air and this conference is adding to it. Eclipse provides attendees with an excellent opportunity to come together and learn, network and share valuable lessons about how to navigate our complex field.”

Eclipse 2016 will feature 45 speakers in 25 breakout sessions and six general sessions. Other featured speakers include Glenn Elliott, Founder & CEO of Reward Gateway, Rusty Lindquist, Vice President of HCM Strategy at BambooHR and Mark Stelzner, Founder and Managing Principal of IA HR.
