Cigna Dental Plans added to PlanSource Advantage Program
One source for oral health and voluntary benefits enrollment simplifies the experience for employers and their employees

Orlando, Fla. – August 1, 2018PlanSource announced today that dental insurance products from Cigna (NYSE: CI), a global health service company, are now available through the PlanSource Advantage program. Through this program, PlanSource enables employers to easily enroll their employees in a broader range of Cigna’s products and services alongside their other benefits offerings through a configurable benefits administration system.

The PlanSource system makes it easier for employers to help their employees understand all of their benefit plan options. Employees are offered step-by-step guidance and personalized plan recommendations during the mobile-friendly benefits shopping and enrollment process. Content such as videos, documents, tools and messages can be personalized depending on consumer demographics, geographic location, family status and benefit elections, providing unique opportunities for consumer education about products and services.

Cigna offers flexible group dental plan designs and has a large network of dentists contracted at discounted fee arrangements, helping both employers and employees save money. Cigna group dental coverage encourages regular dental checkups and other preventive services to promote overall wellness and help reduce dental and medical costs associated with untreated periodontal disease.

With the addition of Cigna’s dental insurance products, employers can now offer their workers a more comprehensive range of valued insurance options from a single source.
