Benefits administration is anything but simple. Unfortunately, there’s no magic wand to wave to get everything done with a simple flick of the wrist. We are proud to offer benefits administration software that helps provide a better benefits experience. As we’ve grown and expanded in our ten-year history, we recognized a need to help our community of users—HR professionals, benefits brokers and resellers—make the most of the PlanSource platform.

Our product and education team put their heads together and did months of research and testing to create our newest product enhancement; we are ecstatic to officially introduce PlanSource University, a brand new feature for 2019

This on-demand learning platform is FREE for all PlanSource users and is now fully open for use. Let’s take a closer look at the new PlanSource University learning platform.

Self-Paced Courses

The first free feature in the PlanSource University lineup is the ‘course catalog’. This archive is chock full of courses that can train users on specific topics related to using the PlanSource platform. Topics include everything from an intro to PlanSource, ACA reporting, and data exchanges to employee communications, employee processing and much more. Each course contains several smaller sections that are broken up to make learning fun and easy.

You can also peruse the full ‘course library’, which features short, self-paced lessons on specific topics or tasks that you want to tackle right away. The library is essentially a stripped-down version of our course tracks in case there’s a specific feature or function you just need a quick refresher on.

Courses are a great way to enjoy on-demand continued learning, and new courses are frequently added to help HR and benefits teams stay on top of the latest platform changes and features.

On-Demand Webinars

Did you miss our latest webinar? Don’t fret—we’ve got you covered. PlanSource offers several webinars each month on topics ranging from benefits best practices, individual product and service highlights, talks from industry leaders, release previews that walk through new platform features and much more. Our webinar library hosts every single webinar so you can easily go back and watch a few that you’ve missed or peruse older webinars and learn something new.

Engaging Communities

Connect with like-minded benefits professionals that also use the PlanSource platform with our communities feature! Currently, there are four individual PSU Communities—HR, Reseller, Broker and Idea Space. Users are automatically enrolled in applicable community groups and are free to start threads and engage in conversations. The community forums are the perfect place to discuss and explore PlanSource FAQs, industry trends and changes, new platform features and more!
