How We Work Together
PlanSource and Unum make it easy for employers to offer the right employee benefits with an intuitive and mobile-friendly benefits administration system and a complete portfolio of insurance products. Data is transferred to Unum real-time during initial enrollment and weekly for life event changes. Employers with over 50 employees qualify for credits with Unum.
How Does the PlanSource Advantage Program Work?
The employer selects the insurance products they wish to offer to their employees, employees enroll in those products. Then the employer receives credits each month off of their invoice from PlanSource based on the number of enrolled employees.
