How We Work Together
PlanSource enables the efficient sale and effective distribution of MetLife’s health and wellness products through its configurable benefits engagement system. PlanSource can be administered by employers, or configured as an exchange that can be sponsored by governments, insurers, brokers, technology companies and even large employers.
How Does the PlanSource Advantage Program Work?
The employer selects the insurance products they wish to offer to their employees, employees enroll in those products. Then the employer receives credits each month off of their invoice from PlanSource based on the number of enrolled employees.
