PlanSource and Aflac make it easy for employers to offer the right employee benefits with an intuitive and mobile-friendly benefits administration system and Aflac's core group products. Employers with over 250 eligible employees qualify for monetary credits.
How Does the PlanSource Advantage
The employer selects the insurance products they wish to offer to their employees, employees enroll in those products. Then the employer receives credits each month off of their invoice from PlanSource based on the number of enrolled employees.
