As Chief Operating Officer, Alan is responsible for leading professional services, customer success and customer support functions. Alan joined PlanSource from ADP (Automatic Data Processing), a global leader in human capital management software and services, where he led a global team that delivered implementation and consulting services across the full client life cycle. Prior to ADP, Alan served as Vice President of Global Professional Services at Kronos, the world leader in workforce management software.

As the Executive Vice President of Strategic Partnerships, Bradley Taylor is responsible for building new revenue opportunities, creating strategic partnerships and facilitating the cross-selling of company-wide products, services and capabilities. In 2004, Bradley founded Next Generation Enrollment, a leading provider of benefits administration technology services, which was acquired by PlanSource in 2017. Prior to Next Generation Enrollment, Bradley was a group sales representative at Unum, one of the largest insurance carriers in the world.

As SVP, Engineering, Bruce leads the company’s engineering team and is responsible for all aspects of software development strategy and execution. With more than 20 years of experience in the software engineering domain, he has proven expertise in the analysis, planning, implementation, and management of primary business systems coupled with strong organizational and leadership skills. Bruce joins PlanSource from MaritzCX where he most recently served as CTO. Prior to being CTO, Bruce served as Vice President-Engineering and led the core platform engineering team.

Dave has 25+ years of experience in the software industry working with companies such as Oracle and SAP. He has built and scaled numerous organizations selling software and services globally. Dave joins PlanSource from SAP where, for 16 years, he held various senior management functions. In his last position, Dave was responsible for developing and executing SAP SuccessFactors’ global strategy for resellers and implementation partners.

As CFO of PlanSource, Harsh is responsible for leading the company’s financial strategy while PlanSource redefines the way that benefits are bought, sold and managed. Harsh has more than 20 years of extensive experience in finance, operations and management consulting. Prior to joining PlanSource, Harsh was with IBM where he held several leadership positions including roles in management consulting, treasury, investor relations and CFO for the digital group. In his most recent role, he was as the functional COO for IBM’s Global Markets. Prior to IBM, he worked for PwC as a management consultant and as an operations engineer with other companies.

Mitch was part of a leadership team that established one of the industry’s first enterprise benefits administration technology platforms, which was later sold to Ceridian. He went on to serve as Ceridian’s Vice President of Business Development and led a nationwide sales and team to deliver their HR and employee effectiveness services.

During her 10-year career at Benefitfocus, Nancy led product strategy and management, marketing and product design. Most recently she was CMO at PeopleMatter, where she developed the PeopleMatter brand while building a demand generation engine for driving top-line growth.
