Our product team has been hard at work over the past few months putting the finishing touches on our first release of 2022 and we’re excited to finally share what’s coming. With Sunglow, we are focused on continued enhancements to the HR admin & employee experience, added ROI reporting from our IQ Suite and increased speed for dependent verification and UKG payroll processes.

We are laser focused on improving the overall customer experience by listening to customer feedback and considering what YOU would like to see as we work towards that goal. In response, we have revamped several of the most popular reports on the HR admin side of the platform. In this release you will see additional filters, sortable columns and enhanced speeds so that you can get the information you need as quickly as possible.

We have also made it possible for you to quickly and easily load your dental plan information into DecisionIQ by simply uploading your dental SBC. This is a huge time-saver and eliminates the manual input of data. All you need to do is upload the SBC and within a matter of minutes you are able to direct your employees to a best match dental plan upon enrollment.

You will also find a refreshed and streamlined workflow in HSA enrollment that facilitates a less confusing, easier to understand process. Employees can now see exactly what HSA options they have, along with costs and benefits during Open Enrollment.

With this release, we are giving you even more visibility into the ROI of our DependentIQ and DecisionIQ products with the addition of ROI dashboards. These features are a valuable resource for admins and executives alike and provide real-time data to show time savings, cost savings and more. These dashboards will be housed in your InsightsIQ dashboard.

Building on our AI and ML-powered technology in DependentIQ, we improved the process required when multiple proof documents are preferred to prove eligibility. We also redesigned the task page so that all documents are consolidated onto the same screen.

Leveraging this new multi-document workflow, we added new IQ models that can verify the relationship of a spouse or domestic partner using 7 additional documents. In addition to the birth and marriage certificates already modeled on IQ, we can now automatically verify 95% of the most requested documents for dependent verification.

For our UKG customers, we have added a resync and restart feature for failed deductions earning and lump sum transactions. The restart feature automatically restarts the process of failed transactions and the resync feature allows admins to retry them on demand. Both features also mark later transactions as “Resolved – Auto” to reduce noise in the API Transaction Tracker.

Additionally, we made updates to payroll schedules for these customers. Building on the enhancements made in prior releases, we further upgraded our Payroll Schedule Sync to provide more visibility to admins and an overall better user experience.
