We have also made it possible for you to quickly and easily load your dental plan information into DecisionIQ by simply uploading your dental SBC. This is a huge time-saver and eliminates the manual input of data. All you need to do is upload the SBC and within a matter of minutes you are able to direct your employees to a best match dental plan upon enrollment.
You will also find a refreshed and streamlined workflow in HSA enrollment that facilitates a less confusing, easier to understand process. Employees can now see exactly what HSA options they have, along with costs and benefits during Open Enrollment.
Leveraging this new multi-document workflow, we added new IQ models that can verify the relationship of a spouse or domestic partner using 7 additional documents. In addition to the birth and marriage certificates already modeled on IQ, we can now automatically verify 95% of the most requested documents for dependent verification.
Additionally, we made updates to payroll schedules for these customers. Building on the enhancements made in prior releases, we further upgraded our Payroll Schedule Sync to provide more visibility to admins and an overall better user experience.
