Since joining The Hartford in 2017, Cora Hall has led marketing strategy for Employer Markets and Affinity Groups including serving as the go-to-market lead for the acquisition of Aetna’s Group Life and Disability businesses. Cora’s scope includes sales enablement, advertising, product and technology releases, and direct to consumer campaigns. She is an expert in privacy-forward data strategies and brings the unique perspective of understanding both individual and group products and distribution. Prior to joining The Hartford, Cora led customer marketing for MassMutual and was the enterprise digital content lead for AXA’s Life Insurance business.
John Puglisi
Regional Account Executive, Group Benefits Division, The Hartford
John Puglisi joined The Hartford organization on September 29, 1997. He holds a Master’s degree in Education and Rehabilitation Counseling from Syracuse University. He worked as a Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor for 5 years with The Hartford in both their Property and Casualty, and Life and Disability divisions. He has been a featured speaker and advocate for employment of people with developmental disabilities and disability rights. He was one of the founding Group Benefits Division Service and Sales Support Managers, offering claims expertise to the Eastern regional sales force, as well as being a claims subject matter expert on regional and national account finalist presentations.
In 2008, he brought his consulting and disability expertise to his current role as a Regional Account Executive in the New York City Group Benefits department. John transitioned in that role to Central and Western New York in January 2016. He is a father of five, and resides in Central New York with his wife Annie and their dog Luna.
