Mike Morini
CEO

Mike is a 30-year software veteran experienced in growing and scaling enterprise software companies. With an extensive background building out global cloud-based platforms, he has helped shape and guide multiple fast-growth companies in the cloud arena. Most recently Mike was CEO of WorkForce Software for eight years and was named a Top 50 SaaS CEO of 2023 by The Software Report and a Top 100 Highest-Rated Chief Executive Officer in 2022 by Comparably. Prior to WorkForce Software Mike was previously in CEO and COO positions at SAP, Aria Systems, OutlookSoft, InterWorld, and Verbind.

Mike Ehlers

As Chief Technology Officer at PlanSource, Mike leads the evolution and innovation of our technology portfolio to help optimize how people choose, use and manage benefits through engaging, AI-powered experiences.
With more than 30 years of experience in Computer Engineering and 20 years specifically in the Benefits Administration / HCM industry, Mike has a proven track record of delivering cutting edge solutions that enhance the employee and benefits administrator experience.
Mike has held leadership roles at prominent organizations including Voya, Benefitfocus, Paylocity, Hewitt Associates Alight and Xerox (ACS/ExcellerateHRO). His passion for building innovative products is evident in his work, which has resulted in stable, scalable and secure solutions that engage users and reduce operating costs.
A collaborative and visionary leader, Mike oversees the IT and engineering teams, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence. His deep understanding of the industry’s challenges and opportunities enables him to drive strategic initiatives that position PlanSource as a leader in the market. Mike holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering from the Milwaukee School of Engineering.

Greg Mercer
Chief Growth Officer

Greg is the Chief Growth Officer at PlanSource where he will focus on the go-to-market strategy overseeing sales, strategic partnerships and marketing. Greg has more than 20 years of experience as an individual contributor and sales leader within the benefits and HR Tech industries. Greg is passionate about creating high performance cultures where teams can flourish and achieve their personal and professional goals. Greg has a bachelor’s degree in psychology and marketing from North Central College in Naperville, IL.

Jodie Ortiz
SVP of People
Jodie Ortiz is SVP, People at PlanSource, where she leads the company’s global HR strategy and partners with business leaders to strengthen culture, capability, and performance. With nearly two decades in global human resources — including experience in hospitality and services at Hilton Grand Vacations and Club Med — Jodie brings a high‑touch, customer‑centric approach to building scalable people programs. She is passionate about developing high‑performing teams by leveraging individual strengths, simplifying processes, and elevating leaders, resulting in engaging employee experiences and measurable business outcomes across the talent lifecycle.

Ana Perez

Growth, accountability and supporting others to be their best
Ana is the Chief Marketing Officer at PlanSource where she will oversee all aspects of marketing. Ana Perez is a seasoned marketing executive with a proven track record of driving growth and customer retention. With expertise in building high-performing teams and cultivating cross-functional partnerships, Ana has helped drive organizational success through the development, execution and optimization of marketing strategies that elevate brand awareness, accelerate pipelines, and foster customer engagement. Ana has a deep understanding of the employer-sponsored health and benefits industry. She previously served as the Chief Marketing Officer at Benefitfocus for 3 years. Prior to Benefitfocus, she was the Vice President of Marketing at League, a benefits engagement platform, and before that she spent 6 years at Aon as the Vice President of Marketing for the Health and Benefits business. Ana holds a master’s in business administration from Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Boston University.

Eddie Pinto

As SVP of Product at PlanSource Eddie is responsible for leading the development and execution of PlanSource’s product strategy to build and maintain the company’s leadership position within benefits administration.
With more than 20 years of benefits experience, including leadership roles with benefits administration providers such as Alight Solutions, Hewitt Associates and Aon, Eddie is a highly accomplished product executive whose expertise spans AI, design thinking, product management, process engineering and agile transformation.
Eddie received his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in Industrial Engineering from the University of Florida. He has been certified as an IISE six-sigma green belt, Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP) and PMI Disciplined Agile practitioner.
A visionary product leader with a passion for spearheading the development of cutting-edge products and services, Eddie is committed to delivering differentiated solutions that empower organizations to maximize their investment in benefits.

Todd Stockard
Chief Financial Officer
What I stand for:
Delivering profitable growth through collaboration, alignment and execution.
Todd is the Chief Financial Officer at PlanSource where he oversees all aspects of finance, accounting and treasury. Todd brings over 20 years of finance experience in high growth technology companies. Most recently, he served as the Chief Financial Officer at Tract, a data center land acquisition and development company. Prior to that role, Todd held CFO positions at Intrado, a public safety and critical communications business, and TeamSnap, a SaaS platform focused on the youth sports market. Todd is a growth-focused CFO and has extensive expertise developed at public and private companies, building and leading financial functions, including corporate finance, financial planning & analysis, and strategic planning. Todd holds a Master’s in Business Administration from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth and a Bachelor of Science in Managerial Economics from University of California, Davis.

Jenny Zador
General Counsel & Chief Compliance Officer

Jennifer Zador is the General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer at PlanSource. In this role, Jennifer will lead the company’s corporate legal strategy and overseeing the legal and compliance teams. Jennifer brings a proven track record with more than 20 years of experience achieving business goals while reducing risk, developing key legal policies, and driving regulatory and legal compliance. Prior to joining PlanSource, Jennifer served as the General Counsel to emerging growth companies, including Heap, Pendo, Formstack, and was the Assistant General Counsel at SolarWinds. Jennifer began her legal career at DLA Piper US LLP in Washington DC and McDonald Hopkins in Cleveland, Ohio, focusing her practice on technology companies and intellectual property. Jennifer earned her J.D. from Case Western Reserve and a B.S. in Business Administration from John Carroll University.
