Over the last year and a half, our leadership team has guided a focused transformation across PlanSource. Together with the talented people already here, we’ve added new benefits and implementation experts to accelerate innovation, elevate the customer experience, and ensure everything we build reflects what HR teams need most — at scale. We’ve strengthened our service delivery with clearer processes, faster follow-through, and higher consistency. The improvement has been meaningful and steady. Alongside these operational improvements, our product teams have continued to innovate on a platform already known for its strength and flexibility.
