Jessica works with customers to unlock the power of financial wellness. Taking a holistic, data-driven and consultative approach, she helps employers develop custom financial wellness solutions and strategies that best meet the financial wellness needs of their workforce. In this role, Jessica works with complex clients, speaking on a wide range of topics including financial wellness, health and productivity, the multi-generational workforce, employee engagement, building a culture of employee well-being and ways businesses can leverage employee benefit offerings for broader human capital impact.
Dr. Kristin Tugman
Vice President, Health & Productivity Analytics & Consulting Practice, Prudential
Dr. Tugman has been in the health and productivity consulting field for 20 years and currently heads up the Health and Productivity Analytics and Consulting Practice for Prudential group insurance products. The team is responsible for analyzing lost time for large employers and designing and implementing solutions to help them minimize absence and maximize productivity. She is a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor and a Licensed Professional Counselor whose work focuses on assisting individuals in overcoming psychological barriers that prevent a return to productivity.
Suzanne Schmitt
Vice President, Financial Wellness, Prudential Workplace Solutions
Suzanne is responsible for financial wellness outcomes across Workplace Solutions Group, which includes Prudential’s Retirement and Group Insurance businesses. Her primary responsibilities include accelerating adoption of FW solutions and services, translating data into actionable insights, analyzing the impacts of solution adoption and plan design changes, and championing financial wellness programs and training to differentiate Prudential’s financial wellness portfolio. Prior to joining Prudential, Suzanne held roles at Fidelity, Lincoln Financial Group and Genworth Financial.
