What It's About
As states begin to reopen, HR teams are facing new challenges that require inventive thinking and virtual tools to keep employees educated and engaged with their health care and benefits choices. Employee benefits are arguably the most important financial and health-related decision that employees will make for their families all year, and employees won’t be able to just pop in to their HR leader’s office whenever they have a question regarding their benefits this year.
Join us for a free 30-minute webinar in which we’ll go over how virtual decision support tools can help transform the benefits experience for employees in a post-COVID world. You’ll learn about how products like ALEX from Jellyvision offer an engaging and personalized benefits shopping experience from start to finish, and why that’s even more important now that open enrollment has gone digital.
What You'll Learn
How benefits technology can be used to fill gaps in employee education and engagement being created in the new workplace
Why decision support is key in a world without in-person educational meetings or one-on-one enrollment consultations
How ALEX by Jellyvision can impact high-value HR KPIs like HDHP enrollment and 401(k) contributions
