Leveraging her experience and knowledge from over a decade of work in hospitality, non-profit, public and private sectors, she has implemented various initiatives to drive increased customer satisfaction and operational efficiencies.
After beginning her professional career in human resources and payroll, Kelly developed a passion for the personal side of business and believes that the foundation of every company is built upon talent. All aspects of an employee’s life cycle can have a major impact on the company, and she has brought her passion to PlanSource, improving processes and services for all HCM offerings. Since taking over the HCM service teams, she has implemented a new service structure that has reduced case-closure rates and increased customer satisfaction scores among HCM clients. She has empowered clients by expanding the HCM knowledge base and developing new client training programs designed to help clients get the most out of their HCM experience.
