Kristina Welke is an Assistant Vice President at Unum responsible for developing the company’s strategy around 3rd party technology vendors including benefits administration, HRIS, and exchanges. Kristina brings a deep understanding of the insurance industry and evolving marketplace as well as a rich background in finance and operational management. She focuses on ensuring Unum is well prepared to meet the market need through management of key partners and Unum’s operational model and capabilities.
Prior to joining Unum and the insurance industry, Kristina started her career working in Finance in the Financial Services, Fashion, and Advertising industries. Kristina earned a BA and an MBA from the Marist College in upstate New York.dio and print outlets.
