Betterment allows you to provide high quality financial wellness benefits to your employees, including goal-oriented investing and access to socially responsible portfolios through our mobile and desktop apps. Our platform simplifies managing a financial benefits program, all while empowering employees to save toward their financial goals.
What is one thing your company is doing to innovate your product/offering to change the industry?
The Betterment at Work Team understands that a quality 401(k) is just the beginning of a robust financial benefits program. Maintaining the 401(k) as the foundation, Betterment at Work has set out to offer complementary benefits that address the varying needs of a diverse workforce. From Student Loan Management to 1:1 sessions with financial advisors to soon-to-be-available 529s, Betterment at Work aims to provide a solution that goes beyond the 401(k) and raises the standard for employer-sponsored financial wellness benefits for employees.
