Network attorney fees are 100% paid in full by ARAG for most covered matters, allowing our members to affordably handle their legal needs.

Our plans offer a variety of additional services that help our members handle their affairs and protect themselves and their loved ones. Members can seek help with filing their taxes, protect themselves from identity theft and create legal documents such as a will online, all thanks to their legal plan.

What industry problems are we solving with our partnership for HR teams and/or their employees?

The job market is wide open, and many people around the country are considering moving on from their current position. So, understandably, many employers are concerned about employee retention.

Legal insurance is key to retaining and recruiting top talent by not only standing on its own as a comprehensive benefit, but also enhancing other voluntary benefits that HR departments are already offering – like life insurance, disability insurance and even pet insurance. In fact, ARAG was the first legal provider to add comprehensive diversity, equity and inclusion coverage to our product. It’s our overarching goal to meet the needs of anyone who encounters a situation that includes a legal element in life, whether it’s an employee with a disability, a veteran or a member of the LGBTQ+ community.

Our technology is also always evolving. We’re constantly working to make sure members can get legal help wherever they are, even on the go. The ARAG Legal app is a great example, allowing members to start a case and find a network attorney right from their mobile device.
