Welcome to CoSource Training!
As a CoSource broker, you own the overall business and technical relationship with your customers. You act as the point of contact, deliver and support the PlanSource benefits technology platform. PlanSource provides certified training and tier two support as needed.
A Typical CoSource Training Agenda
CoSource Training takes place at our headquarters in Orlando, or in one of our regional offices. Training sessions run over three days and will take you through a variety of typical scenarios using real-life examples from groups in which you will be implementing PlanSource.
Take a look at a typical agenda from a PlanSource Configuration Session in Salt Lake City here.
What We’ll Need from You
Before you start CoSource Training, we ask that you first implement two groups through the PlanSource implementation process. You’ll then have an understanding of how the process works and some working knowledge of the PlanSource system.
To make the training as relevant as possible, we will use real examples of groups to be implemented. So you will need to:
Complete the Client Requirements Guide for the next group to be implemented during the training class.
Complete and bring the New Client Notification form for the group that will be configured during training.
And we strongly recommend that you sign up and complete the Basic and Advanced Training webinars on our Training page.
*Remember to bring your laptop so you can access the PlanSource Benefits site!

The CoSource Meetup
Training doesn’t stop when the official CoSource Training is over! We offer CoSourced brokers ongoing training and assistance as needed, and a chance to attend the CoSource Meetup, an exclusive meeting of Elite PlanSource Brokers who support and advise customers on their day-to- day use of the PlanSource system.
The Meetup provides ongoing training, updates and an opportunity to learn best practices and collaborate with other CoSourced brokers.
