PlanSource is pleased to announce the recognition of its Director of Marketing and User Experience, Stephen Bruner, who recently was named “Marketer of the Year” by the American Business Awards, for which he was presented a Stevie Award.
The awards were presented during ceremonies at the Marriott Marquis Hotel in New York City. The ceremonies were hosted by Cheryl Casone of Fox Business Network and broadcast nationwide on radio by the Business TalkRadio Network.
After assuming the role as Director of Marketing for PlanSource in 2010, Stephen Bruner led efforts to complete a total brand refresh for PlanSource, infusing new energy, purpose, and clarity into the PlanSource brand. Beyond that, Stephen has helped integrate marketing into the day-to-day efforts of the PlanSource team, launched co-marketing initiatives with 4 of the largest insurance companies in the country, piloted new strategic channels in response to market changes, and taken steps to simplify PlanSource’s messaging.
“It is truly an honor to be recognized for the work we’ve been able to accomplish at PlanSource over the last year. PlanSource is an exciting brand that is getting incredible traction in the marketplace and I’m thankful for a leadership team that allows us to tell the story of what we are doing in a compelling and fresh way,” said Stephen Bruner.
