Jodi Hubler is Managing Director of Lemhi Ventures, a health care services venture capital fund with $335M under management. For over a decade, Lemhi has invested in companies that transform and disrupt health care. As Managing Director, Jodi focuses on culture change, business strategy alignment, governance and process excellence in the operations of Lemhi and its portfolio companies. Over her 20-year career, she has held various executive positions including senior leadership of global human resource reengineering efforts while at Cargill and institutionalizing lean manufacturing and process change as a senior executive in a $2B division of Alcoa. Notably, she experienced first-hand the controlled chaos of a $75M venture-backed health insurance start-up, Definity Health, where she served as chief people officer. Definity Health was ultimately acquired by United Health for more than $300M.
Jodi is a graduate of the University of Iowa – Tippie College of Business – with a B.A. in Administration and an M.A. in Industrial Relations. She has been a strategic advisor and mentor to numerous entrepreneurs and CEOs and is known for her insight and direct approach. She served on the boards of Carol Corporation, DNA Direct, DestinationRx, Liazon Corporation, OneHealth Solutions (Chair), RetraceHealth (Chair) and Shareable Ink. Jodi currently serves on the boards of Bind, Digital Reasoning, PlanSource, PokitDok and Recondo Technology (Chair). She is a member of the Healthcare Executives Leadership Network.
