Q: Where and when is Eclipse 2018?
A: Eclipse will take place in the scenic Half Moon Bay, CA at the Ritz-Carlton July 30 - August 1, 2018.

Q: Can I bring a guest to the evening events if they are not attending the conference?
A: You sure can! When you register online, just add them in on the “Guest Information” page for the guest price of $99. This includes entry to the Monday night welcome reception as well as the Tuesday night reception and celebration, with exclusive entertainment.

Hotel

Q: How do I book my hotel?
A: The hotel room blocks at The Ritz-Carlton, Half Moon Bay & Oceano Hotel & Spa are now closed. If you need assistance with booking a hotel room for the conference, please email events@plansource.com. 

Q: Are there any added hotel fees at Oceano Hotel & Spa?
A: There are no resort or parking fees at Oceano, but if you choose to drive to the Ritz-Carlton instead of taking the provided group transportation, there will be a $39 per day parking fee.

Q: What is Oceano's hotel's cancellation policy?
A: After July 27, 2018 you will be assessed a fee equivalent to a 1 night stay, depending on the type of room you booked.

Q: Will there be transportation provided between Oceano Hotel & Spa & the Ritz-Carlton, Half Moon Bay?
A: Yes, we will have transportation available for those who will be staying offsite at the Oceano Hotel & Spa and will provide the shuttle schedule for you upon check-in and also publish it on the Eclipse conference app.

Q: Are there any added hotel fees at Ritz-Carlton, Half Moon Bay?
A: The hotel's resort fee will be $20 per room, per day and if you choose to drive valet parking will be $39 per car, per day.

  5. No, but a credit card is required to secure your room reservation.

Travel

Q: Which airport is closest?
A: The closest airport is San Francisco (SFO). The airport is 23 miles from the hotel, which is about a 45 minute drive.

Q: What’s the best way to get from the airport to the hotel?
A: Uber, Lyft, Taxis or pre-booked shuttles and rental cars are available from SFO.

Q: What's the best way to get from the hotel to the airport?
A: We will be providing an airport shuttle departing from The Ritz-Carlton directly following the end of the conference at 11:55 AM. If your flight is earlier or later in the day, please contact The Ritz-Carlton Concierge at RCHalfMoonBayLobbyConcierge@ritzcarlton.com to arrange your transportation. Please note: Uber, Lyft, & Taxi's are not readily available on demand from the hotel.

Taxis and Shuttles:

Passengers may arrange transportation from San Francisco International with onsite shuttle and ground transportation companies. Uber and Lyft pick up from the Departures level. Simply pull up the app, input the terminal number and door number, and select “confirm request” Taxis depart from the designated taxi zones located at the roadway center islands, on the Arrivals/Baggage Claim Level of all terminals.

Uniformed taxi coordinators are stationed at the taxi zones from 7:00 a.m. to 1:00 a.m. to assist passengers with questions or concerns.

Miscellaneous

Q: Will meals be included in the event?
A: Yes! Breakfasts and lunches are provided each day and our evening events
will include dinner both nights, so come hungry!

Q: What is the attire for Eclipse?
A: We want our guests to learn and have a blast at the event; therefore, attire is comfortable and casual. Jeans are allowed and encouraged.

Q: Is there a handy mobile app I can use to customize my conference experience?
A: You betcha. We’ll be sending out additional details the first of the year!

Q: Can I bring my kids along to the evening events?
A: Our event is limited to adults aged 21 and for liability purposes. You are welcome to have your kids stay at the hotel, but they will not be admitted to the conference and evening events.
