Not Your Run-of-the-Mill Agenda

Eclipse is not your run-of-the-mill conference, so this is not your run-of-the-mill agenda.

What you will experience is a mix of thought provoking, interactive and entertaining general sessions and a few breakout sessions where you can take a deep dive into the topics that matter the most to you. Our speakers have been handpicked to bring you true insight and we’ve split up many of the sessions among 3-4 speakers to keep the pace moving, energy levels high, and provide multiple perspectives. And of course, there is much more to Eclipse than sessions, so we’ve added plenty of time for networking and room to have some fun. Enjoy!

2018 HRCI Badge

Continuing-Education Credits

We have 17 hours of HRCI/SHRM credits this year! Look for "HRCI/SHRM Credit" after the title to see which sessions are approved. We will provide certificates at Eclipse in the approved sessions to attendees and have information available on-site at the Help Desk.

HR and Benefits Strategy

There is a simple truth about why HR has gotten harder: employees expect their experience at work to match what they’ve grown used to as consumers. Buy groceries from your smartphone and pick them up without ever walking down a produce aisle. Almost never deal with paper or printing. Choose your channel, medium and device, all at your preferred time, cadence and need. Then comes the first day on the job at a company, and those expectations of ease and convenience often come crashing down. HR doesn’t have a choice — it’s time to catch up. Anne and Mark will share their decades of experience supporting organizations of all shapes and sizes, keying in on the six critical components necessary to enable and extend the digitization of HR.
