Benefits Panel: Department of Labor Changes are Coming – Is Your Business Ready? — HRCI Credit (+)On Wednesday, May 18, 2016, the Department of Labor announced its long-awaited changes to the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) overtime regulations.
