Find Your Next Rising Star with Predictive Analytics and Employee Management

Did you know you now have access to Predictive Analytics which will allow you to forecast employee engagement, predict retention and more? These predictors can be used to proactively identify employees who need an action plan to prevent their exit, increase engagement or identify your next rising stars.

Use Business Intelligence reports to analyze your employee base. Launch Cognos BI and navigate to Public Folders>Ultipro BI Content > Ultipro BI for Core HR and Payroll > Ultipro Delivered Reports > Predictive Analytics Reports

These are some of the reports to look for:

  • Retention Predictor: Predicts an employee’s likelihood of staying in the organization for the next 12 months
  • Engagement Measure: Calculates the engagement levels of employees in the organization. (100 is average)
  • High Performer Indicator: Identifies who the current top performers are in the organization (Based on salary increase trends in the top 5% of the organization)
  • High Performer Predictor: Predicts the likelihood of an employee becoming a top performer.
