The 2017 Spring Release will be applied to the HCM environment on Saturday, June 3, 2017.

What This Means for You
All payrolls must be completed or undone by Friday, June 2, 2017. Any payrolls left in mid-process during the release deployment may have discrepancies.

Single Sign-On to timekeeping and other products will not work. For clients using Stratus Time as your timekeeping system, the direct access workaround for your employees on Saturday, June 3 can be downloaded here. Please review and reach out to the service team with any questions. Click here for direct timeclock instructions.

No employee records should be updated or added during this window. Even if you are able to log into the system, we do not recommend making any updates or changes, as the system may not behave as expected during this time.

HCM services will return new and improved on Monday, June 5.

Additional reminders will be sent closer to the Saturday, June 3 outage.

Some exciting highlights from this release include:

Navigation Favorites. For fast access to your ‘favorite’ areas of UltiPro – the ones that are most important to you, a new tab within the main horizontal menu lets you customize your own navigation experience. Simply designate, edit, and link to your ‘favorite’ pages.

Expanded Organization Chart Functionality. Employee information is even more accessible with Backward and Forward Buttons. Jump back or forward to the last employee you selected on the Organization Chart. No need to start at the home page or scroll around your screen, simply select an arrow button for fast action. In addition, when you right-click each button, a drop-down list appears identifying the employees you selected recently (your browsing history). This way, you can quickly navigate to an individual you visited earlier.

Access to Employee Details

A new Employee Details option under ‘Actions’ makes it quick and easy for administrators and managers to open an individual’s Employee Summary – for viewing or editing – while the Organization Chart is still open.

Change Job History Correction Tools. Have you ever accidently assigned the wrong job or salary amount to an employee? A new ‘Correct’ button on an employee’s current job history record lets you edit job, job and salary, organization, and/or salary details in a few simple steps without creating a duplicate entry.
