The HCM 2016 fall release is coming soon, and will include a complete overhaul of the navigation’s look and feel. It will be deployed on Saturday, October 29, 2016, and as such, PlanSource HCM will have a scheduled outage the entire day of October 29. While the release is being applied, users of the system have access to the HRIS/Payroll system, however no changes should be made during this window.
What This Means for PlanSource HCM Users
All payrolls must be completed or undone by Friday, October 28, 2016. Any payrolls left in mid-process during the release deployment may have discrepancies.
Single sign-on to timekeeping and other vendors will not work. No employee records should be updated or added during this window. Even if you are able to log into the system, we do not recommend making any updates or changes, as the system may not behave as expected during this time.

Navigation & Menu Changes
With the fall release, the navigation menu format has changed to provide a more user-friendly browsing experience in with web portal. All menu items will now be contained within a central drop-down menu.
New client-facing features will now be available as well, including maintenance of your company logos, menu and site colors. Your company logo will now have prominence in the top center of the page.
