New PlanSource HCM Feature: Organizational Charts

We’ve added a new feature to PlanSource HCM that will help you keep track of who’s who in your company. Organization Charts are now available in PlanSource HCM to graphically display employee reporting relationships and your organization’s structure.

The structure of the organization chart is based on the reporting relationships defined for each employee according to the Supervisor field in PlanSource HCM. An org chart is created only if your company uses the Supervisor feature.

This feature will be delivered partially enabled. Starting on Monday, May 16, certain users, including those with the “Employee” role, will have an additional option under the “My Company” navigation button called “Organization Chart.”
