1 Additional fees apply for optional benefit services such as Employee Contact Center, Billing Reconciliation and Payment, COBRA Administration and HSA/FSA/HRA Administration.
2 Note that should a client select a non-Boost carrier where product is available from a Boost carrier, a $2,500 one-time fee will apply for the creation of an EDI file
3 If the customer wants automated payroll integration, a one-time fee of $5,000 applies
